Indian Rilway Conference Association (IRCA) (Eng / Hindi)

INDIAN RILWAY CONFERENCE ASSOCIATION: 

(IRCA established in 1903) IRCA is Administrative Organisation of all Zonal Railways, which is responsible for framing rules and fixes the responsibility for such rules. Similarly it also frames rules for international traffic.

 FUNCTIONS: 

1. To make pooled wagons for working in broad gauge and meter gauge.

2. To make traffic rules for transportation of goods,parcel, luggage and passenger.

3. To publish railway rule books and distribute them to various zonal railways.

4. To inspect the railway rolling stock at the transhipment points. One commercial committee functions under IRCA. The CCM of all zonal railways

are members of this committee.Thefunctions of this committee are as under:

1. To discuss regarding suggestions onclassification and reclassification of various types of goods.

2. To suggest and recommend changes about packing conditions.

3. To suggest and recommend changes about rates for carriage of different types of goods.

भारतीय रेल सम्मेलन

भारतीय रेल सम्मेलन की स्थापना 1903 में की गयी। यह सभी रेलो का संगठन है जो देश मे क्षेत्रीय रेलो के बीच नियम बनाने एवम उत्तरदायित्त्व तय करने का काम करता है उसी प्रकार से आंतरराष्ट्रिय यातायात के लिये नियम बनाने का काम करते है।

मुख्य कार्यः-

(i) एक क्षेत्रीय रेल्वे से दुसरे क्षेत्रिय रेलवे को बुक किये गये यातायात के लिये नियम बनाना,

(ii) नियम पुस्तक छापना, प्रकाशित करना और क्षेत्रिय रेल्वे के बीच वितरित करना |

(iii) वैगन अदला बदली के स्थान पर निष्पक्ष रुप से चलस्टाक का परिक्षण करना ।

(iv) ब्रॉड गेज और मीटर गेज में काम करने के लिए पूल्ड वैगन बनाना

इस शाखा के अंतर्गत एक वाणिज्य समिती कार्य करती है। सभी रेल्वे के मुख्य वाणिज्य प्रबंधक इस समिति के सदस्य होते है. इसका कार्य निम्नप्रकार से है.

(i) वर्गीकरन तथा पुनवर्गीकरण के संबंध मे दिये गये सुझाव पर विचार विमर्श करना.

(ii) पैकिंग शर्त या दरों में परिवर्तन के बारे मे तथा नियमो के सरल बनाने सम्बंधित विषयोपर विचार विमर्श करना तथा अपने सुझाव देना ।
